Corrections & Editorial Policy

Our commitment to accuracy

Online Games publishes game lists, genre guides, and platform recommendations. We cite primary sources, test claims in-browser where possible, and update pages when the game landscape shifts. When we get something wrong, we say so plainly.

What counts as a correctable error

• A factual claim that is verifiably false (wrong publisher, wrong year, wrong platform support)
• A broken or misdirected link that causes reader harm
• Misleading framing that a reasonable reader would consider inaccurate
• Outdated information on a page that has not been refreshed within 90 days of a material change

Opinion, editorial voice, and Bramwell's personal recommendations are not subject to factual correction — though we welcome disagreement in the contact form.

How to submit a correction

Email pgaurabh1@gmail.com with the subject line CORRECTION: [page title]. Please include:

1. The URL of the page in question
2. The specific sentence or claim you believe is incorrect
3. What you believe the correct information to be
4. A source link if available

We aim to acknowledge all correction requests within 5 business days and resolve substantiated corrections within 14 days.

How we document corrections

When a material correction is made to a published page, we add an inline correction note at the top of the affected section in the format: Correction [date]: [brief description of change]. We do not silently delete or rewrite content to hide prior errors.

Disputes we cannot arbitrate

We do not adjudicate disputes between game developers and publishers, resolve player bans, or intervene in payment issues between readers and third-party platforms. For those concerns, contact the platform or game operator directly.
